So tragic....

My heart goes out to christopher's family at this truly terrible time. My family are a mix of blues and villa, but all come together when we need to, and this is the time for all of us to forget our colours and come together. I was wounded after losing 5-1 but when I saw what happened to you, it all seemed nothing.
Rest in peace, Keep right on x x x

Doesnt matter if your Villa or Blues - that is irrelevant. We are all equal and all horrified by such a tragedy.

What a shame.....

I am leaving this message as what happened yesterday should not have happened. I was at the game myself and there was so much banter at the game between both teams, at the end of the day were there to support our team, the same for both sides. But once the match is finish thats the end, there should not be any trouble, any fights, or anything. Why cant people just get on and realise a game is a game i know the match meant loads to people of both teams but only one team can win. there shouldnt be any volience after. when i came out of the game there was riot police everywhere, it just shows you that they were expecting trouble. its terrible. Christopher I bet you reaqlly enjoyed the game yesterday and from a true villa fan I did too. I am so sorry what happened and my thoughts go out to you and your family at this upsetting time. Keep watching over Villa Chris and I know you will be supporting them with all the other Villa angels. Rest in peace chris, this was never meant to happen. Ally my love, thoughts and sympathy go out to christophers family and friends. take care x x x

So sorry

My heart goes out to Christopher's family and friends.

We all love our teams, but a win does not compare to someone's life.

Everyone will remember the two Leeds fans who lost their lives in Istanbul, everyone will likewise remember Christopher's name too now - and all for the wrong reasons.

No-one should go to watch a game of football and not come back.

I dont know you Christopher, but rest in peace sweetheart. Wear your claret and blue with pride up there and watch over your family and friends. God bless. xx
